If you ask us, the best Thanksgiving decorations are homemade. Here’s a simple one to try.
Materials
- Paper plates
- Orange, red and brown paint
- Sponges
- Colored paper
- Glue
- Scissors
Instructions
- Cut your sponge into strips, and pour small amounts of each paint color onto paper plates.
- Let your littles use the sponge strips to cover the plates with the paint, in whatever pattern or style they like. Let dry.
- Cut a body for a turkey out of brown paper and a small beak out of orange paper. Glue them onto the paper plate and draw on eyes, or add googly eyes.
